Yuli's Beef Alfredo



Cooking has always been a group event in our home. I remember when all the kids were in choir, they would be cooking, cleaning, reading, playing and SINGING! Music makes life worthwhile and so does good food. This was a staple in busy weekday hustle because it's quick and satisfying. Life is good when you work together.


INGREDIENTS

1.5lbs Browned Ground Beef

4 Basil Leaves

Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion to taste

1 tsp Oregano

1 stick butter (or less if you want)

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/3 cup Cream or Half n' Half

2/3 cup Sour Cream

  • Optional - a scoop or two of Basil Pesto

1/2 package organic semolina spaghetti noodles or miracle noodles for Mams.


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a cast-iron pan, brown up your ground beef and add your SPGO. (Make sure your ground beef is crispy browned in all my recipes. It makes SUCH a difference.)

  2. Add in your butter and let melt. Stir in.

  3. Add cream and half 'n half along with the sour cream. You will want to add SPGO to the sauce as well. Stir in.

  4. Add the Parmesan cheese. Stir in.

  5. Top onto your noodle of choice and add more Parmesan cheese and maybe some peppers! Enjoy.
